Deposits are required for all in-person services and are expected upon deciding a date and time. For appointments 2h and under, the deposit is $50 via etransfer or Paypal with no notes. For longer appointments, deposits are 25% of the total appointment fee. Please set the password of the etransfer to "passionate".
Screening is non-negotiable and required for all appointment types. I require a copy of your ID or a link to your LinkedIn profile. I don't accept other methods of screening such as references or PERB account or other online account handle.
If you cancel within 48h of our appointment, your deposit is forfeit and you will be required to pay another one to see me again. If you cancel before this time, I can apply the deposit to a rescheduling, but if you cancel repeatedly, it will be forfeit. Please respect my time and effort.
Occasionally, I offer them at a rate of $1000 per hour. I have a life with school and other commitments that I am loathe to abandon last-minute without significant incentive.
To purchase any of my online content or physical items that require shipping, I take payment in advance via etransfer, tip on my clipsites and Loyalfans (plus 20% to make up for their cut), or crypto. Any physical items will have shipping added on to their price.
My turnaround time for custom clips varies. I say about 2 weeks for a custom but typically run much shorter. For physical items, your item will be shipped within the week and when it arrives is entirely dependent on what shipping you chose at time of purchase.
I don't do refunds of my online content as I cannot "take back" my services. If I'm unable to complete your custom in a reasonable amount of time, an exception may be made or with your permission I'll give you bonus content in lieu of the refund.
When I feel up to it, I do livestream on Loyalfans or Twitch. Generally speaking, however, I don't like doing live shows or video calls so don't offer them as a regular service.
